Activating your account

If you have purchased a Journal subscription or individual audio products from us in the past, but have never activated your account in this new website, here is the procedure to follow:
1 - Go to this page on the site (the page will open in a new window, so you can follow the instructions below).
IF YOU ARE A NEW SUBSCRIBER, SKIP TO STEP 3
2 - If you had an account on our old website, please use the e-mail used there when activating your account. That is the only way you can get access to your Library or purchased content.
The confirmation e-mail that is part of this procedure will also be sent to the above e-mail address. If the above address is no longer one that you’re using, please let us know at soundthinking@marshillaudio.org so that we can change the address in our database to the active e-mail address that you would like to use to access MARS HILL AUDIO material.
3 - Complete the form on the Activation page (including the creation of a password), click on the button to complete the transaction, and check your e-mail in-box for a confirmation notice.
4 - Click the link in that confirmation e-mail to confirm your account.
When you log in, you will see many ‘orders’ that all have dates from November 2021.  This is not a list of recent orders, but a record of all the previous purchases and Journal volumes in your account.
5 - To see the Journals and other products you’ve purchased, click on the My Library link at the top of any page on our website.
If you have problems with this procedure, e-mail us at support@marshillaudio.org.
If you have questions about items that you think should be in your Library, but don't seem to be there, e-mail us soundthinking@marshilaudio.org.
